The World War One Roll of Honour memorial tablet is located in St. Andrew’s Parish Church, Ardtrea. Ardtrea lies south east of Cookstown. The memorial is composed of solid brass on a black marble mount, and it was erected near the soldiers’ memorial pipe organ. The memorial was dedicated on 27th July 1919. As well as the Names of the Fallen, it also lists those who served from the parish.

From the Mid Ulster Mail dated 17th June 1944: 25 Years Ago (From 1919)
A new pipe organ, as a memorial to parishioners of Ardtrea, twenty-four of whom served in the war and four were killed, was dedicated by the Lord Primate.
From the Mid Ulster Mail dated 29th July 1944: 25 Years Ago (From 1919)
A memorial brass on black marble mount was erected in St Andrew’s Church, Ardtrea, in memory of four men who fell in action and 24 who served. It was dedicated by the rector, the Rev W E R Scott, M.A.
The Memorial is composed of solid brass on a black marble mount, and it was erected near the soldiers’ memorial pipe organ.
The memorial was dedicated on 27th July 1919.
The inscription being as follows:
‘To the glory of God, and in recognition of the men from this parish who fought in the Great War, 1914-1918.’
